Estimated payback64.4 monthsImplementation ÷ net monthly benefit after subscription
Potential margin improvement+0.22 ppNet annual benefit ÷ annual trip revenue

Where the estimate comes from

Fuel cost recovery₱108,000
Administrative time value₱62,400
Recovered trip contribution₱196,364
Collection carrying-cost reduction₱85,216
Net annual benefit after subscription₱93,180
First year, after implementation-₱406,820

Earlier collections may release ₱710,137 of working capital. That cash release is not counted as profit; only its modeled annual carrying-cost reduction is included above.

View the formulas
  • Monthly revenue = trucks × trips per truck × average trip revenue.
  • Fuel recovery = monthly fuel spend × 12 × recovery percentage.
  • Recovered hours = weekly administrative hours × 52 × time recovery. Value = hours × hourly cost.
  • Downtime contribution = trucks × downtime days × recovery × trips per operating day × revenue per trip × contribution margin × 12.
  • Cash released = annual revenue ÷ 365 × collection delay × delay reduction. Carrying-cost reduction = cash released × annual capital rate.
  • Net annual benefit = gross benefit − 12 monthly fees. Payback exists only when net benefit is positive. No taxes, financing fees or unentered implementation costs are modeled.

Estimates are illustrative and depend on the assumptions entered. Actual results vary by fleet, routes, utilization, costs and implementation. Benefits may overlap in practice; review assumptions before making a purchase decision.
